I am Shawn Allen, and Allen Plumbing is me. I have been a plumber for more than forty years, and a certified master plumber working here in Snohomish for most of them. When you call Allen Plumbing, you are not getting a brand or a call centre — you are getting the person who will be standing in your house, with his own tools, doing the work.
I kept it small on purpose. There is no large fleet to maintain and no office full of people to pay for, which keeps what I charge you lower than the multi-truck outfits. It also means the plumber who picks up the phone is the plumber who shows up at your door — one person, start to finish, who you can look in the eye and hold to his word.
Most of what I do comes from referrals and from people who have called me for ten years or more. If your problem is something you can handle yourself, I will tell you that and talk you through it rather than sell you a visit you did not need. That is how you end up with a plumber for life instead of a plumber for one job.
